01Acceptance of these terms
By creating a 24DIGI account, wearing the 24 Bracelet, or using the 24 DIGI app and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you use 24DIGI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
02The service we provide
24DIGI is a unified platform for health, fitness, nutrition and safety — the 24 Bracelet, the app, three specialist AI models (SafeLife, Fitness Coach, Recovery), and the connected ecosystem of nutrition, shop, wallet and delivery. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as available” basis and may update, add or retire features over time.
03Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
04Acceptable use & limitations
To keep the platform safe for everyone, you agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully, or for any purpose other than your own personal health and wellbeing.
- Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to extract source from the bracelet, app or AI models.
- Disrupt, overload or probe the service or its security, or access another user’s data.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
- Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or impersonate any person.
05Health disclaimer
24DIGI supports your wellbeing — it is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis. SafeLife alerts and AI recommendations are informational and do not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions, and call your local emergency number in an emergency. Never disregard professional advice because of something the app showed you.
06Subscriptions, orders & payments
Some features, subscriptions and ecosystem purchases (including diet orders and delivery) are paid. Prices and billing cycles are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel them from within the app. Payments are handled by our payment providers; taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy presented at purchase and applicable UAE consumer law.
07Intellectual property
The 24DIGI name, logo, app, bracelet design, AI models, and all related content are owned by 24DIGI and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. The data you create remains yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24DIGI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from reliance on informational insights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
09Termination
You may stop using 24DIGI and delete your account at any time via account deletion. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, the rights granted to you end; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property and liability) continue to apply.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves or the law changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use 24DIGI after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
