What we hold, and your control over it.

01Information we collect

We collect the data needed to operate the 24DIGI platform and the services you choose to use:

  • Account information — name, email, phone number and the credentials you register with.
  • Health & fitness data — biometric signals from the 24 Bracelet (heart rate, SpO₂, HRV, sleep, activity) and any metrics you enter manually.
  • Usage & device data — app settings, interactions, challenge and community activity, and basic device identifiers.
  • Orders & addresses — diet orders, saved delivery addresses and related preferences.
  • Payment records — transaction details for subscriptions and purchases, processed by our payment providers.

02How we use your information

Your data is used to deliver and improve the platform — to power your dashboards and AI recommendations, surface safety alerts, fulfil diet orders and deliveries, operate challenges and community features, process payments, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal data.

03The AI models & your data

SafeLife, Fitness Coach and Recovery read your live biometric stream with your consent to generate insights, plans and alerts. You control which models are active, and you can withdraw consent at any time from within the app.

04Sharing & disclosure

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (such as payment, delivery and cloud-hosting partners), with emergency contacts you designate for SafeLife, and where required by law. These providers are bound to use your data solely to provide their service to 24DIGI.

05Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days and residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. A limited set of records — payment and transaction history (required by law) and anonymized data — is retained.

06Your rights & account deletion

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for processing, at any time.

07Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, tied to your account, and access is restricted on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your health data is the first responsibility of this platform.
