Account deletion — how to request it & what happens

Email info@24digi.ae with the subject Delete my 24 DIGI account, plus your name and registered phone number — or use the contact form below with the same message.
02What gets deleted
Your personal account data is permanently removed:
Profile
Health / fitness data
App settings
Challenges & community data
Diet orders & saved addresses
Push tokens
Account identifiers
03What we keep
A limited set of records is retained:
Payment / transaction records (legal requirement)
Anonymized data
04Timeline
Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of confirmation. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
