01Our commitment
24DIGI is built around one rule: safety before everything. That rule applies to your data as much as to your heart rate. We design every part of the platform — the bracelet, the app, the AI models, the ecosystem — to collect only what is needed, protect it by default, and put you in control of it.
02Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and at rest using strong, industry-standard encryption. Biometric and health signals are protected from the moment they leave the bracelet to the moment they reach your dashboard. Credentials are stored using one-way hashing and are never kept in readable form.
03Access control
Access to personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Internal access is authenticated, logged and reviewed; team members can reach only the data their role requires, and sensitive operations require additional safeguards. We do not sell your personal data, and we never use your private health signals for advertising.
04Where your data lives
Your data is hosted with reputable cloud infrastructure providers under contractual data-protection obligations, in regions chosen for security and reliability. Providers act only on our instructions and solely to deliver their service to 24DIGI.
05Health & biometric data
Health and biometric data is treated as our most sensitive category. It is processed with your consent to power your dashboards, the SafeLife safety layer and your AI plans. You choose which AI models are active and can withdraw consent at any time. We separate and minimise this data wherever possible, and never expose it to third parties for their own purposes.
06Backups & resilience
Encrypted backups protect your data against loss, and our systems are designed for resilience so the safety layer keeps working when you need it. When you delete your account, residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
07Incident response
We monitor our systems for unusual activity and maintain an incident-response process to contain, investigate and remediate any security event. If a breach were ever to affect your personal data, we would notify affected users and the relevant authorities as required by law, and act quickly to protect you.
08Your controls
Security is shared. You can strengthen your own protection with a strong, unique password and by keeping your devices updated. Within the app you can review consent, export your data, and delete your account at any time.

09Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, we want to hear from you. Email security@24digi.ae with the details and steps to reproduce. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. We are grateful to researchers who help keep our users safe.
